Samsung worked with The Trade Desk to improve TV sales and better understand how households move across devices during the purchase journey. Samsung’s challenge was to drive more efficient conversions from its promotional campaign while making sure its marketing reached the right audiences with a relevant experience across devices.

The Trade Desk used display advertising, cross-device targeting, and attribution with a test-and-learn A/B framework, activating Samsung’s first-party CRM data to identify the most effective devices and audiences. The campaign delivered 113% more conversions, a 53% lower cost per acquisition, an 11% increase in incremental conversions, and a 470% increase in first-party data, helping Samsung scale more effectively and generate incremental sales.
