Luxury New York hotel boosts bookings with UID2

TravelDesk worked with The Trade Desk to help a New York luxury hotel stand out in an already saturated market, increase brand awareness, and drive more bookings. Using UID2 and The Trade Desk’s platform, the team aimed to better reach previous guests and prospective travelers with high intent.

The Trade Desk mapped CRM data to UID2, built lookalike audiences from the hotel’s most valuable guests, and used a universal pixel to segment users who had visited the booking page or reached the add-to-cart stage. The campaign delivered a 12x ROAS, beat the 10x benchmark, achieved a $190 cost per booking, came in 20% below benchmark, and generated well over 200 bookings.
