Andrex, working with agency PHD, wanted to grow consideration for its toilet tissue beyond its loyal customer base. Using The Trade Desk’s video and display advertising platform, the brand set out to find new audiences in the open web by leveraging retailer data in an off-site environment.

The Trade Desk and Andrex used Ocado’s verified buyer data to build audience segments and optimise campaigns in real time across video and display. The approach delivered a ROAS more than 5x above target and +112% performance from optimisation, while also uncovering valuable insights into buying behaviour, device preference, and purchase timing to inform future campaigns.
