To support its Equity In Action goals and ensure inclusive candidate communications, T-Mobile added Textio to its DEI tech stack to optimize job posts, recruiting emails and employer-brand content across the hiring workflow.
Textio was rolled out across recruiters, hiring managers and integrated with Workday, helping T-Mobile edit language to be more inclusive and upskill teams via Textio U. As a result, job posts revised to a gender-neutral tone attracted 17% more women applicants, posts with a Textio Score of 90+ filled roles an average of 5 days faster, and ERG-driven recruiting activity increased 12x—clear, measurable impact from Textio.
