Textio worked with Zillow Group to rewrite job postings and coach sourcers on inclusive, data-driven outreach; the result was measurable: recruiters using Textio saw a 16% higher response rate from passive candidates, Zillow Group saw 1.5x more qualified candidates on high-scoring postings, a 12% increase in applicants who identified as women, and roughly three weeks faster time to hire after deployment.
