With Textio, Gallagher gave recruiters data-backed guidance to improve job descriptions and recruiting emails, build trust with hiring managers, and reduce biased, overly corporate language. The results were significant: by April 2019, Gallagher had written more than 1,600 job posts and nearly 5,000 recruiting emails with Textio across five countries, while also improving job-post language quality, balancing masculine tone, and strengthening adoption of a consistent global voice.
