La Paz Chattanooga is a 16-year-old nonprofit in Chattanooga, Tennessee that provides social services, case management, community engagement, and professional development for the city’s Latinx and Hispanic community. Because many clients don’t have email, can’t take calls at work, or don’t reliably use social media, La Paz Chattanooga needed a straightforward way to send timely updates about programs, law changes, and services — so they chose Text Request.
Using Text Request’s SMS platform and group organization features, La Paz Chattanooga can target constituents with relevant reminders, answer questions, and set appointments in the channel clients already use.
