A Text Request Case Study
Citizens’ High School, a private distance-education institution serving non-traditional and adult learners, needed a better way to reach prospective students and manage text conversations as many leads prefer texting. To solve this communication and follow-up challenge they started using Text Request’s SMS service, integrating it with their workflows and CRM.
Text Request was implemented to automatically send texts when a new HubSpot contact is created, enable website texting, and route inquiries using keywords like “Enroll,” “Advisor,” and “Espanol.” The result: instant, preferred-channel engagement with inbound leads, streamlined routing to the right staff, and stronger follow-up that makes it easier for students to get information and enroll.
