Quantum Workplace, an Omaha-based employee engagement software company founded in 2002, helps organizations improve workplace culture. When COVID-19 disrupted work routines in 2020 and new business acquisition risked slowing, the company shifted priorities from acquisition to retention and adoption—requiring education and alignment across sales, customer success, and account management to identify renewals and at-risk accounts and learn to use intent and engagement data.
Partnering with Terminus, Quantum ran ABM retention campaigns using targeted display and LinkedIn ads that linked to product-specific landing pages (notably the survey tool), trained account teams on new data, and prioritized 199 accounts. The campaign reached 84% (165) of target accounts, drove a 21% engagement rate on product pages, increased website traffic and repeat visits, and resulted in a 2% increase in renewals; the team is now expanding the program for cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
