Salesforce wanted to extend Dreamforce beyond the in-person conference and create a more engaging hybrid experience for attendees joining both on-site and online. To do that, Salesforce worked with Telescope and used its Social Wall, Content to Air, and Connect Live products to add real-time digital and social interaction to the event.

Telescope helped Salesforce power live Twitter-driven engagement across the 3-day conference, including a cascading Social Wall, approved Tweets to air, live polls, and custom QR codes for quick access to event content. The solution connected in-person and virtual audiences through Salesforce+ and helped drive real-time participation, retention, and brand awareness, though no specific numerical results were provided.
