Vodafone worked with Telescope to create a New Year’s Resolutions campaign that would reinforce its “optimism for the future” message across seven markets: Albania, Czech, Egypt, Greece, Portugal, Romania, and Turkey. The challenge was to engage customers in multiple languages and build a high-impact live experience around New Year’s Eve using user-generated content and Facebook Live Streaming.

Telescope delivered a custom multi-language live stream using its Uploader solution, full production services, and Facebook Live integration to collect and broadcast thousands of customer video resolutions. The campaign generated 260M+ impressions, over 50,000 real-time viewers, 500,000 viewers in the first 24 hours, and more than 11% average live engagement, while 97%+ of submissions and reactions were positive or optimistic and Vodafone brand recall increased by 4.5 points.
