William Reed Business Media Ltd, the publisher behind Restaurant magazine and other B2B media brands, needed to better understand how readers interacted with their monthly print publication. They wanted insight into readership demographics, time spent reading, pass-on readership, and attitudes toward content, and worked with The Telemarketing Company to run a 10–15 minute CATi research interview project with a sample of 300 readers.
The Telemarketing Company reviewed and refined the questionnaire, built it into a bespoke CATi platform, trained a specialist research team, and delivered the campaign over three weeks with live monitoring and daily progress reports. The project was completed on schedule, produced regular data extracts and detailed feedback, and gave William Reed usable research results that were already being applied by its sales team.
