Nexus Vehicle Management, the UK’s leading corporate vehicle rental management provider, wanted to raise awareness and book quality appointments with companies needing vehicle hire. The Telemarketing Company supported the campaign by promoting both Nexus as a conventional supplier and its new IRIS (Intelligent Rental Information System), which could also be offered as a standalone product to help prospects reduce costs and improve daily vehicle management.

The Telemarketing Company ran a 35-hour-per-week appointment-setting campaign targeting fleet, transport, rental, finance, HR, and MD decision makers. Results exceeded expectations, delivering around one appointment every 6 hours versus the original target of one every 11 hours, and achieving a 70% conversion rate from appointments made. The success led Nexus to extend the campaign to 10 months and return for another 6-month campaign the following year.
