KROHNE, the world-leading manufacturer of process measuring technology, needed help cleaning and updating an outdated potential customer contact database that had become too large and time-consuming to maintain in-house. To solve this, they engaged The Telemarketing Company (TTMC) for a data cleansing and enhancement project.
The Telemarketing Company built a bespoke CATi interface and used a multi-contact approach to verify company records, confirm contact details, capture new and replacement contacts, and validate email addresses through its “E-quality” system. The project was completed in a two-week exercise covering around 3,500 contacts, delivering a clean, current database that KROHNE could confidently use for future marketing activities.
