To do this, it trialled appointment setting with telemarketing agencies targeting HR, Relocation, Compensation and Benefits decision-makers in SME organisations across the Netherlands. The Telemarketing Company delivered a tailored appointment-setting campaign using client-supplied data, geographically focused calling, and close collaboration on messaging, objections, and qualification. After an initially slow start, TTMC switched to a new calling team, refined the call approach, and concentrated more heavily on Amsterdam, improving performance so that the campaign beat its target and achieved one appointment for every nine hours of calling. Expat Help then extended the campaign for a further three months and raised the target to two appointments per day.
