Essilor, the UK market leader in prescription lenses, needed support promoting five regional launch events for its new Crizal B2B2C proposition. The company wanted end-to-end event marketing help, including pre-event email marketing and telemarketing, to drive attendance and manage communications across a multi-channel campaign. The Telemarketing Company was brought in to help deliver this integrated event promotion.

The Telemarketing Company managed the full campaign, building landing pages, registration sites, email templates, and telemarketing outreach using marketing automation and SmartSheets to coordinate the project. By combining email and telemarketing, the campaign generated 526 registrations across five events, with email driving up to 91% of registrations for London and telemarketing playing a bigger role in lower-data regions like Belfast. Essilor also reported strong attendee feedback, with 86% to 87% of surveyed respondents rating the events and pre-event organization as very good or excellent, and said the campaign produced record participation and early sales momentum.
