The Telemarketing Company (TTMC) worked with Datamonitor to refine the questionnaire, build a bespoke CATi interface, and run a 10–12 week research programme with rigorous testing, live call monitoring, and quality control. TTMC delivered the survey to time and specification, maintained quota completion with additional sample support, provided daily progress reports, and helped overcome resistance during fieldwork, leaving Datamonitor very happy to recommend TTMC for similar projects.
