21C, now Ascribe, is an IT consultancy and solutions provider specializing in NHS business intelligence portals built on the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack. The company needed to speak with senior decision-makers and secure appointments with prospects likely to consider implementation within the next 12–18 months, and turned to The Telemarketing Company for specialist lead generation and appointment setting support.

The Telemarketing Company delivered two consecutive 30-day telemarketing campaigns and identified 19 new, well-qualified opportunities for 21C’s BI business.
