By using TechValidate alongside SurveyMonkey, Redis Labs automated reference collection and streamlined case study creation, plus added pre/post testing for team development. The result: a 120x increase in customer references, 8.5k+ data points, 80+ case studies, and a Redis Stars advocate community that grew from about 15 to 1,800—strengthening sales enablement, product marketing, and evidence-based decision making.
