The Salvation Army Australia relies on TeamViewer Tensor to save time and costs while supporting workers

The Salvation Army Australia, a national branch with 10,000 employees across 200 offices, faced a major IT consolidation after merging separate territories: three Active Directories, multiple data centers and networks, and around 1,000 applications created complex integration and support challenges. The new national IT team needed a future-proof way to support a highly mobile workforce and simplify rollout without disrupting services.

TeamViewer Tensor was silently deployed and integrated with Microsoft Intune and ServiceNow to provide secure, enterprise-scale remote access across the organization. The solution enabled IT to support the entire workforce centrally (including remote social workers) and deliver link-based access without downloads, cutting average ticket resolution time by about 20% and increasing staff mobility.
