RTL Studios, a subsidiary of the RTL Deutschland Group and a leading producer of streaming content, faced challenges with shorter production cycles and the substantial data volumes involved in remote work. They required a new technical solution that could provide flexible access for editors and writers while complying with strict security policies.

The solution was implemented by TeamViewer, whose Tensor product provided employees with direct remote access to editing computers at their Cologne site from anywhere and on almost any device. According to a post-production technical manager, TeamViewer Tensor currently saves them up to 20 percent of time in the post-production process.
