Liebherr-Werk Nenzing GmbH, a manufacturer of construction machinery, faced a challenge where crane operators had to look away from their work to view critical sensor data on a central machine controller. To overcome this, they worked with TeamViewer to implement an innovative solution using smart glasses.

TeamViewer developed a customized version of its Frontline Inspect solution. This provided a workflow to visualize important IoT sensor data, like inclination angle and load, directly in the operator's field of view via smart glasses. The solution gives crane drivers all the needed information hands-free, allowing them to focus on the load and their environment, thereby optimizing their processes.
