Leading fashion retailer relies on TeamViewer Tensor as support platform for its 12,000 employees and 1,920 stores

Ernsting’s family, a leading German apparel retailer with around 1,920 stores and 12,000 employees, rolled out store iPads and a bespoke Endlosregal app to support a multichannel shopping experience. Rapid adoption created a new support challenge: IT needed a flexible, scalable way to resolve issues quickly across thousands of iOS tablets and traditional Windows workstations to keep store operations and customer service running smoothly.

Ernsting’s family implemented TeamViewer Tensor with a Mobile SDK integrated directly into the Endlosregal app plus Active Directory single sign-on, giving IT secure, cloud-based remote access to both iPads and PCs. The unified platform cut resolution times, improved remote-support efficiency, simplified user administration, and reduced frustration and waiting time for store staff and customers.
