Schenker Deutschland AG, a global logistics leader, faced rising complexity at its Hanover site while supplying JIT/JIS parts to automotive assembly lines. Their legacy pick-by-voice approach struggled with about 20 sequencing-rack combinations and increasing error risk, which could delay or halt customer production, so they sought a hands-free, high-accuracy picking solution.

They piloted TeamViewer Frontline xPick using a wrist-worn Zebra TC20, TeamViewer xBand RFID wristbands and additional scanners, fully integrated with SAP for real-time data.
