Trendzer is a web services company that provides website design, SEO copywriting, branding and cloud-integrated site management to small and medium-sized businesses. For its Search Engine Manager bolt-on — hands-on consultancy and training delivered via remote sessions — Trendzer needed a stable, easy-to-use, cross-browser remote access tool; previously tested solutions were incompatible, slow to set up and reduced the effectiveness of consultant sessions.

In early 2016 Trendzer implemented TeamViewer, which delivered fast, multi-platform connections and simple setup (connections in under two minutes versus up to 20 with other tools). The change made training straightforward, enabled dual control during sessions, eliminated lag, boosted session productivity to about 99% (up from roughly 67–92%), and improved overall efficiency and customer retention.
