Metropolitan State University in Minnesota led a consortium of four partner colleges to solve the challenge of delivering consistent, efficient IT support across multiple institutions. To achieve a shared service model while maintaining each school’s identity, MSU adopted TeamDynamix’s service management platform as the single, common system for support and service delivery.
Using TeamDynamix, MSU implemented individually branded portals on a consistent design and navigation, backed by ITIL training, regular cross‑institutional governance, and executive sponsorship to build trust and alignment. The result was a seamless, consistent service management experience across the five institutions, improved efficiency and collaboration, strong cross‑institution buy‑in, and a roadmap to expand TeamDynamix usage into project and asset management.
