Grand Rapids Community College partnered with TeamDynamix to address the growing challenge of integrating data across a large and complex higher education environment. As the college expanded its ERP, LMS, and student success systems, it needed a better way to connect dozens of applications, reduce point-to-point integrations, and create a more consistent experience for students, faculty, and staff.

Using TeamDynamix iPaaS, the college built integrations to move data into a central warehouse and automate workflows across systems such as Workday Student, Canvas, Eventbrite, RAVE, and Active Directory. The solution streamlined continuing education registration and provisioning, improved communication, and helped create a single source of truth for reporting and dashboards. While no hard ROI numbers were given, TeamDynamix enabled significant backend automation and reduced manual administration.
