The Gratz Bank was outsourcing IT services and lacked the visibility and control needed to plan, manage change, and protect systems in a security-sensitive banking environment. Seeking an affordable, flexible ITSM platform to take ownership of service delivery, CTO Mark Yerger selected TeamDynamix for help desk, IT service, project, change, and asset management.
TeamDynamix was implemented to automate service-request forms, route and log every action, streamline workflows, and track projects, changes, and assets — and the platform was later extended to accounting for vendor invoice and reimbursement tracking. As a result, The Gratz Bank gained much greater visibility into IT operations, stronger change control, faster request routing and resolution, and a foundation for expansion, enabling the bank to own its IT service management and better plan for future needs.
