The City of Avondale, Arizona — a municipal government of 14 departments serving nearly 100,000 residents — needed a way to support employees and citizens more efficiently with limited staff and fragmented processes. Its IT team sought to replace phone- and email-based requests, eliminate paper-heavy onboarding and scattered asset records, and provide better visibility and prioritization across departments.
