Tarka Indian Kitchen Replaces Mystery Shoppers With Data-Driven Feedback Management

Tarka Indian Kitchen, a casual Indian restaurant concept with 12 locations in Texas, needed a better way to collect and act on guest feedback. Instead of relying on scattered reviews, emails, contact forms, and mystery shopper reports, the company turned to Tattle for a centralized feedback management system with integrations for its rewards program, online ordering, and POS tools.

Tattle implemented automated post-transaction surveys through Como and Restolabs, QR-code surveys for dine-in and delivery guests, AI-driven insights, and real-time guest recovery workflows.
