Averett implemented the TargetX CRM—bringing recruitment, application, decision, and retention tools into one platform—creating centralized dashboards, rapid flags/alerts, and a single student view that supported strategic, coordinated outreach via email, text, and mobile. The launch was seamless and delivered measurable gains: first‑time freshman retention rose from 57% to 71%, overall retention improved from 72% to 77%, and admissions and admits increased by 28% and 35%, respectively.
