By leveraging the TargetX Retention Suite, sustaining a 150:1 staff-to-student ratio, and emphasizing staff training and accountability, Brandman rapidly pivoted to online delivery and intensified student outreach. The result was a 3% increase in overall student satisfaction to its highest level in over two years and an 81% full-time graduation rate, demonstrating strong retention and successful adaptation during the pandemic.
