A Talogy Case Study
The Zoological Society of London (ZSL) needed support launching a new competency framework that defined what “excellent” behavior looks like and linked it to organizational values. Working with Talogy, ZSL wanted to help directors and senior managers understand how they were perceived by colleagues, peers, and managers, while giving them the insight and support needed to build on strengths and improve development areas.
Talogy implemented a 360° feedback questionnaire built around the new ZSL behaviors, along with individual and group reports and facilitated feedback sessions. The rollout included a senior staff launch, webinar access, and 1-to-1 support. As a result, 50 directors and senior managers received feedback, 100% said their review meeting was supportive, 80% said feedback was balanced, and 80% acted on the feedback received.
