Franprix, the French grocery chain with more than 800 city-centre stores, faced a surge in applications after rolling out a new ATS, with 40,000 applicants competing for 3,000 roles. Its traditional manual CV screening and interview process was no longer efficient or aligned with the company’s shift toward more customer-focused, values-driven store employees, so Franprix turned to Talogy and its Capture assessment solution.
Talogy implemented Capture to assess candidates against Franprix’s business values before interviews, creating a more modern and scalable screening process. The results were significant: preparation time for group recruitment sessions dropped from 2 days to 2 hours, hiring rates rose from 50% to 75–80%, and the process became smoother, more transparent, and less biased, helping Franprix bring more diverse candidates into later stages.
