A Talogy Case Study

Preview of the OSHA Case Study

Personal safety first starts with the person and their unique SafetyDNA

OSHA was facing a plateau in workplace safety results, with recordable incident rates barely improving and serious incidents remaining common. Talogy addressed this challenge with its SafetyDNA Development Program, which assessed employees’ individual safety traits and helped them understand their personal risk factors through workshops and coaching.

Talogy implemented the SafetyDNA assessment, experiential training, and certified coaching for 898 employees at a large U.S. chemical processing facility. The program led to a 64% reduction in significant safety incidents over three months, including a 50% drop in motor vehicle accidents, and an estimated $414,000 in direct cost savings based on OSHA’s average recordable injury cost.
