A global manufacturer of tissue, packaging, paper, pulp and building products wanted to improve the quality of its hourly workforce by increasing safety, attendance and productivity across its North American facilities. To address rising disciplinary issues, safety incidents and absenteeism, the company sought a more effective pre‑hire screening approach.

They partnered with Select International to introduce the SecureFit® screening assessment at the start of the hiring process and validated it across positions and divisions.
