London South Bank University (LSBU) needed to support a major transformation strategy under a new Vice Chancellor, but faced low trust, siloed working, and poor communication across the leadership team. Talogy partnered with LSBU to strengthen leadership climate and capability, using emotional intelligence to help leaders drive change more effectively.
Talogy delivered a diagnostic, leadership interventions, a Leadership Climate Survey, and a Leadership Attributes Framework, then built a bespoke 360-degree feedback tool and helped launch a Leadership Academy. The results included major improvements in university league table rankings, multiple awards, a 5% increase in leadership confidence, and staff engagement rising from 58% to 69%, with 92% of comparable survey questions improving in 2018.
