A Fortune 1000 freight and railway products company piloted a safety leadership intervention at a 150-employee rubber-products manufacturing site after a series of significant injuries revealed supervisor-level safety and interpersonal skill gaps. Having previously reduced injuries using Select International’s pre-hire assessments at other facilities, the organization engaged Select to address existing leadership shortfalls and improve site safety performance.
