PwC, one of the world’s leading professional services networks, wanted to reduce attrition among its most valuable employees who were leaving after 3–5 years. To address this, PwC partnered with Talogy to create a more engaging development experience that would help employees shape their career paths and prepare for future roles.

Talogy and PwC designed an immersive 2-day Development Center for small cohorts, combining interactive exercises, self-reflection, feedback, and personal development planning. The program was rated among PwC’s top 3 training and development initiatives of the past six years, with nearly 350 employees participating across more than 30 sessions, and it maintained strong participant ratings even when moved online during the pandemic.
