To support hiring, development, and high-potential identification, Kramp partnered with Talogy and its talent assessment solutions.

Talogy implemented a range of talent selection and development processes, including competency framework alignment, online assessments, assessment and development centers, 360 feedback, and HR training across Kramp’s international business. The results included streamlined global hiring, stronger succession planning, training for more than 40 HR Business Partners in 20 countries, four successful management trainee selection programs, and assessment centers rated at least 8/10 by candidates and assessors.
