Fusion for Energy, the European Union organization supporting Europe’s contribution to ITER, needed to strengthen leadership, build a stronger feedback culture, and improve employee engagement across its 450-person, multi-site workforce. To support this leadership transformation, Fusion for Energy partnered with Talogy, using 360 feedback and Emotional Intelligence tools.

Talogy designed and delivered a customized 360 feedback journey with the EIP3 emotional intelligence profile, along with stakeholder alignment, internal communications, participant awareness sessions, and ongoing support. The initiative achieved strong completion rates of 76% for 360 surveys and 100% for EIP3, while surfacing key barriers to leadership effectiveness and setting up follow-on coaching and development actions.
