Eisai, a global pharmaceutical company focused on Oncology and Neurology, wanted to strengthen resilience across its workforce as the business grew and employees faced increasing change and pressure. To operationalize this priority, Eisai partnered with Talogy to build resilience-focused initiatives that would help leaders and teams better respond to challenges while staying aligned to its Human Health Care mission.

Talogy worked with Eisai to create customized resilience workshops powered by Talogy’s Resilience Questionnaire, and trained 10 Eisai Commercial Training Managers and L&D experts across Europe to deliver them. The program has run for 9 years, is now embedded in the organization, and has reached more than 600 employees worldwide; participants report feeling empowered and better equipped to handle change, with the workshops proving especially valuable during the coronavirus pandemic.
