REMONDIS, a leading recycling, service, and water company, wanted to launch an Emerging Leaders Program in Australia to build future-ready leadership capability, strengthen high-potential leaders, and better support teams and customers. To make it happen, REMONDIS partnered with Talogy and used Talogy’s leadership development expertise to create a customized program for its emerging leaders.
Talogy designed and delivered a 16-month program built on validated leadership frameworks, including leadership profiling, development planning, coaching feedback, workshops, reflective practice, and assessments such as Talogy Perceptions, cognitive ability tests, and 360 feedback. The result was strong participant impact: 100% satisfaction, 80% rating the program well above expectations, and 80% describing it as highly engaging, while REMONDIS received comprehensive leadership profile reports and actionable development plans to support future talent growth.
