Nasdaq, the global financial services and stock exchange company, wanted to tackle several strategic business challenges while also strengthening leadership across the organization during a major culture change initiative. To support this, Nasdaq worked with Talogy and used Talogy’s Action Learning methodology to develop senior leaders and later mid-level managers, while addressing issues such as customer interface consistency, organic growth, M&A integration, and future operating models.
Talogy helped Nasdaq implement structured programs and frameworks, including product management best practices, a Nasdaq Growth Model, an integration framework, and a growth business operating model. As a result, the Action Learning teams improved collaboration, communication, feedback, confidence, and leadership skills, and they achieved all project goals.
