The US-Based Health Insurance Provider wanted to improve internal mobility and career progression for high-potential associates, but many employees were unsure how to access or use the company’s development resources. To address this, the organization partnered with Talogy, which it already knew through the Talogy Caliper assessment and used for a career development program for associates at or below Director level.
Talogy helped deliver a 4-month pilot that combined workshops, internal HR support, 1:1 coaching, and the Talogy Caliper assessment to build self-awareness and guide career planning. The results were strong: frequent use of development resources rose from 14% to 52%, career-path clarity increased from 11.11% to 100%, and 92% of participants said the coaching was very effective, with 93% saying it accelerated their understanding of career aspirations.
