Rydon, a construction and property group, needed a rigorous, objective way to assess middle managers for succession planning and to benchmark their leadership potential against its competencies. Talogy was commissioned to design and facilitate a cost-effective assessment and development center using psychometric and behavioral methods, building on Rydon’s in-house career motivation interviews.

Talogy delivered a full process spanning pre-assessment preparation, online psychometric testing, a deep-dive interview, a business simulation/presentation exercise, and post-assessment coaching and reporting. The result was strong participant confidence and insight: 71% said the challenge was at the right level, 77% rated the feedback good or excellent, and 100% felt completely or mostly aware of their strengths and development needs.
