Mondelez International needed a fair, consistent, and engaging early careers assessment process across Europe, as it evaluates about 15,000 candidates each year and its previous tools were outdated and inconsistent across functions and markets. To address this, Mondelez partnered with Talogy on an early career assessments solution for selection.

Talogy rebuilt the competency framework with input from graduates, managers, and stakeholders, then implemented an end-to-end assessment process using personality, cognitive ability, SJTs, video interviews, and virtual assessment centers tailored to each role. The result was a more flexible, role-fit process that improved candidate experience, minimized drop-outs, and helped Mondelez exceed its DEI gender-equality target over the past three years.
