Talogy partnered with the Leading Global Automotive Manufacturer to review and improve its hiring process for a large North American assembly workforce. With high turnover and workplace safety concerns, the customer needed to assess the effectiveness of its online assessment, hands-on job simulation, and interview in identifying dependable, safety-conscious employees.

Talogy analyzed each hiring step against employee performance, safety behavior, attendance, injuries, and turnover, then recommended updated scoring profiles and a more uniform interview pass/fail process. The revised approach showed stronger links to performance, with only 4% of top assessment scorers experiencing a recordable injury versus 6% of lower scorers, and the improved simulation approach helped reduce turnover by 9% among average-to-high scorers after six months.
