Kingfisher, a leading international home improvement group, wanted to strengthen internal talent mobility and build clearer leadership pipelines within its sourcing function. To support a transparent career path from Merchandiser to Product Sourcing Manager and Regional Sourcing Manager, Kingfisher partnered with Talogy to assess leadership potential objectively and create a more engaging, inclusive development experience.

Talogy implemented a two-day Development Center combining business case, group discussion, and role-play exercises with psychometric tools including PAPI 3+ and Logiks, plus a custom aspiration questionnaire. The program delivered actionable insights, strong participant feedback, and high executive buy-in, with ratings of 4.5+/5 for materials, flow, realism, and feedback, and 4.2+/5 for self-awareness gains; it has since become a core part of Kingfisher’s leadership development strategy and is now in its fourth iteration.
