Cascades, a sustainable packaging, hygiene, and recovery solutions company with 10,000+ employees across the U.S. and Canada, needed to strengthen safety leadership after COVID-era supervisor turnover created inconsistencies in safety enforcement, communication, and coaching. The company turned to Talogy and its SafetyDNA for Leaders program to build more confident supervisors and reinforce a culture of accountability.

Talogy implemented a blended leadership development solution that combined online assessments, training, workshops, coaching, and follow-up sessions. Since 2020, more than 200 leaders across 10 sites have completed the program, leading to stronger on-floor leadership, clearer safety expectations, improved morale and retention, and reduced injury rates across multiple facilities.
